• 1. Where can I find out retail prices for PAMP bullion products?

  A list of selected official PAMP distributors is available on the 'Where to Buy' section of this site. Please consult individual distributors for further information.

• 2. Can I sell back to PAMP any bullion products (PAMP or other) in my possession?

  PAMP does not transact directly with members of the public. Please consult your nearest PAMP distributor for further information*.

• 3. Where else can I sell PAMP bullion products?

  PAMP bullion products are world-renowned and accepted by many bullion distributors in most major markets. However, markets are variable and you should consult your local distributor.

• 4. Where can I obtain a PAMP brochure?

  The brochure is available for download here. Alternatively, please contact us to request to receive a hardcopy version by post*.

• 5. Where can I check certificate numbers for PAMP bullion products?

  We do not provide this as a general service, however we may do so under exceptional circumstances. If you believe yours is such a case please contact us.

• 6. Some PAMP bars depict subjects on the reverse while others are purely plain, with no subject. Is this correct?

  PAMP bars are delivered to the international markets in a wide variety of options including selected subjects depicted on the reverse side.

• 7. Why are some PAMP bars numbered and others are not. Is this correct?

  Currently all PAMP bars are delivered to the international markets bearing individual serial numbers. (The respective certificate or certiPAMP packaging always bears the same number). However, numbering was not always mandatory and therefore certain older PAMP bars in circulation do not bear these.

• 8. How do I contact the PAMP local representative office or subsidiary?

  On the Contact Us page please select the specific country and indicate your enquiry.

• 9. Could I obtain a bullion product certificate as a replacement?

  No. PAMP does not replace certificates under any circumstances.

• 10. Does PAMP provide information regarding date and quantity of specific items produced?

  10. No, unless explicitly stated, PAMP does not supply such information. If you believe your situation is exceptional please contact us.

Part Two: Distribution-related queries

• 11. How do I become a PAMP distributor, representative or official reseller so that I can buy directly from PAMP?

  Distributorship is a thoroughly considered management decision. Please contact us directly for further information*.

• 12. 12. How do I obtain a PAMP price list, open an account and obtain your general terms and conditions?

  This information is released only to prospective distributors after we have evaluated the nature of the request and their suitability. Please contact us directly*.

• 13. How could I arrange to produce a personalised bar/other product or personalised CertiPAMP packaging?

  Please contact us directly with details of your request together with base drawings and specifications of the product. For a number reasons we evaluate such projects on a case-by-case basis and will respond to your request accordingly*.

• 14. How do I obtain images of PAMP products?

  If you are an existing distributor or reseller please contact your supplier directly. If you are neither of the above please contact us directly and we will consider your request on an individual basis.

Part Three: Refinery services queries

• 15. What is the procedure to melt and refine old coins, medals and other scrap?

  Please contact us with your request and include the following information*:

  II. Quantity of material
  III. Metal composition,
  IV. Anti- money laundering procedures which have been applied (if any)
  V. Whether the material is industrial scrap, old jewellery, extraction material, doré or other.

  - All transactions, including refining, are subject to strict due diligence procedures, chemical composition and quantity of material.

• 16. What is the procedure to arrange for the transformation of scrap material into investment bars?

  Please refer to question #15 above and include the specifications for the required bars*. Such projects are subject to additional management approval.

• 17. What is the procedure to order semi-finished products?
